LCA's three divisional counselors talk through stress and anxiety and the ways they see students wrestle with and grow to better understand both. Topics include:

• anxiety as a God-given internal alarm system
• most common stressors they see in their offices by division
• proactive and reactive tools
• age-appropriate vocabulary and visuals when discussing stress and anxiety with children and teens
